BY CLICKING “I AGREE”, I AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

1. Right to Make and Obtain. I hereby grant my specific permission to the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (“Amtrak”), a corporation organized under 49 U.S.C. § 24101 et seq. and the laws of the District of Columbia, with its principal office located at 1 Massachusetts Avenue, N.W, Washington, DC 20001, and its employees, contractors, advertisers, agents, and assigns to make and obtain images of me and use my name, statements, endorsements and comments (collectively referred to as “My Image”) in photographic, motion picture, videotape, electronic, and similar formats.
2. Right to Use and Display. I hereby grant my specific permission to Amtrak and its employees, contractors, advertisers, agents, and assigns a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide right and license to use, display or otherwise exploit My Image in any medium (now existing or which may exist in the future), and for any purpose, including, without limitation, all promotional and advertising uses and trade purposes, whether in original or modified form in perpetuity.
3. Release and discharge. I hereby release and discharge Amtrak and its employees, contractors, advertisers, agents, and assigns from any and all claims, actions, and demands arising out of or in conjunction with the use of My Image, including future rights and claims to My Image and any interest therein.
4. Waiver. I hereby waive any and all rights of privacy. I further waive the right to inspect and examine all b-roll, cinematography, films, photographs, videos and other formats and written text to which My Image may be applied before use.
5. Alteration and Blurring. I hereby release and discharge Amtrak and its employees, contractors, advertisers, agents, and assigns from any and all liability by virtue of distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion, digital scanning and manipulation, and use in composite form, whether the same is intentional, or otherwise. I understand that Amtrak may use any process or procedure resulting in the completion of the finished product for publication, display, copyright or distribution.
6. Miscellaneous. I have read this agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it and have signed it freely and without any inducement or assurance of any nature and intend it to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law and agree that if any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid, the balance, notwithstanding, shall continue in full force and effect. This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the substantive laws, but not the laws of conflicts, of the District of Columbia. I represent that I am 18 years of age* and have the right to sign this Consent and Release.
