WASHINGTON – Make the most of the second-half of 2019, and get a jump start on 2020, by traveling to new cities or revisiting a favorite place. The sale is valid on trips between Thursday, Aug. 1, 2019 and Friday Jan. 31, 2020, and has no blackout dates, allowing travelers to save for popular travel periods like Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, and the winter holiday season.
