Customers earn points toward Amtrak travel and other rewards twice as fast
WASHINGTON – Traveling on Amtrak this fall is worth double the points and experience, with the return of the company’s popular Double Days promotion. Amtrak Guest Rewards members typically receive two points per dollar spent on Amtrak travel. During the promotion’s travel period, from Monday, Sept. 17 to Saturday, Nov. 17, registered members will see their points doubled.
By earning double points, customers can unlock rewards faster, including Amtrak travel, upgrades, hotels and more. With Amtrak reward travel starting at just 800 points, Double Days participants will be well on their way to their next trip.
