NEW YORK – Amtrak announced today that it is an official sponsor of NYC PRIDE 2013 (June 28-30), one of the largest LGBT events in the nation. Amtrak will have a presence at NYC’s Pride Fest on Sunday, June 30, on Hudson Street between Abingdon Square and West 14th Street from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Visitors to the Amtrak booth will enjoy family activities and games, learn more about Amtrak service to over 500 destinations and have the opportunity to win free round-trip travel vouchers for Amtrak travel on the Northeast Corridor.
As an official sponsor, Amtrak demonstrates its commitment to diversity and provides visitors the opportunity to learn about the many services Amtrak provides to record numbers of travelers across its national network each year.
